2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use TokBot's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on TokBot's servers
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Subscription and Billing

Some of our services require payment of fees. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your billing methods. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account and for paying all applicable fees and taxes.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall TokBot be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
